Where is my FS Pro license key ?

1. In your e-mail inbox.

When you purchase FS Pro or a product containing FS Pro from the Web Store, you will receive 3 e-mails:

• One order confirmation e-mail from the Information Mapping Web Store, containing download and installation instructions for FS Pro.
• One e-mail from the Information Mapping Web Store with your invoice and license key
• One confirmation e-mail from Ogone, our payment service provider.

Tip: when you cannot find the mails from the Information Mapping Web Store, please check your Junk Mail folder.

2. In your Web Store account.

Log in to the Information Mapping Web Store, click My Account, My Orders, View Order, Invoices and you will see your license key on your invoice.

What is a volume license?

When you purchase software, or a product containing software, you can choose a volume license. In that case you receive only one license key with the number of activations you ordered.

For example: there are 10 people in your company that need the FS Pro software.

• When you purchase 10 FS Pro licenses, you will receive 10 different license keys.
• When you purchase 10 FS Pro volume licenses, the price is the same, but you recevie 1 license key with 10 activations. This makes your internal administration easier.

Is my online payment processed securely ?
