Leadership team profiles
Brief profiles of some of Information Mapping's leadership team members are provided below.

Douglas W. Gorman, President and CEO
President and CEO of Information Mapping, Doug earned a BA in Psychology and Business from Colby College and an MS in Management from the Sloan School at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. When Doug assumed leadership of Information Mapping in 1986, it was a research-driven "think tank." Under Doug's leadership, it has been transformed into a thriving international business, bringing its information management solutions to industry leaders in financial services, process, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and government markets.

William J. Ferguson, Vice President and CFO
William joined Information Mapping in September 2001 with over 30 years experience, much of it in High Technology Finance, including chairmanship of the Massachusetts CPA Society High Tech Committee. William held a number of management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation (now Compaq.) His assignments at Digital included Manager of Investments and Dispositions in the Treasury Department, and Assistant U.S. Controller. Prior to Digital, he held positions as Regional Director of Finance and Administration and as director of U.S. Planning at Wang Labs, Inc. Early in his career, he was an Audit Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick. William is a CPA and has his MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. His undergraduate degree is in Economics/Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Deborah A. Kenny, Vice President & General Manager of Learning Solutions
Debbie Kenny is responsible for overseeing all aspects of IMI's Learning Solutions business from sales and marketing to program delivery, product development, operations, and customer support. Kenny began her career at IMI in 1987 as the company was beginning to shift from an academic to a commercial focus. In a steady progression from administrative and operational positions to management and leadership roles Kenny has been instrumental in supporting IMI's growth. In the early 1990's, as Production Manager and IT Manager she introduced new systems, technologies, and process improvements to support the rapidly growing business. Later, as Software Division Manager, Business Development Manager, and Product Manager she helped IMI reach new markets with new software products, training programs, and consulting services. More recently, as Director of Marketing and Client Services, Kenny has helped to define IMI's positioning and direction. Kenny holds a Masters in Business Administration in High Technology from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Spanish from Mount Holyoke College.
