Please read the following FAQs with regards to the Information Mapping Web Store.

License key

Where is my FS Pro license key?

1. In your e-mail inbox.

When you purchase FS Pro or a product containing FS Pro from the Web Store, you will receive 3 e-mails:
- One order confirmation e-mail from the Information Mapping Web Store, containing download and installation instructions for FS Pro.
- One e-mail from the Information Mapping Web Store with your invoice and license key
- One confirmation e-mail from Ogone, our payment service provider.
Tip: when you cannot find the mails from the Information Mapping Web Store, please check your Junk Mail folder.

2. In your Web Store account.

Log in to the Information Mapping Web Store, click My Account, My Orders, View Order, Invoices and you will see your license key on your invoice.
Note: when you purchase an FS Pro volume license, your license key is sent by e-mail. Please contact Information Mapping International nv for more information.

Online payment

Is my online payment processed securely?

Yes! All online payments on the Information Mapping Web Store are processed by the payment service provider Ogone (www.ogone.com). Whether you pay with VISA, Mastercard or American Express, Ogone’s payment processing platform is equipped with state of the art security and fraud prevention tools.

Reselling

Can I resell FS Pro 4.x software?

If you want to resell FS Pro software, please contact Information Mapping International.
