Use predefined and custom tables
FS Pro 4.2 contains multiple predefined tables that are only one click away. This way, you can present the Information Types in the most appropriate way.
Further, you can create, save and reuse custom tables that meet your needs.
Save your content as Web page or XML
FS Pro 4.2 allows you to save your documents as a Web page or as XML. FS Pro comes with a number of predefined stylesheets that allow you to format the output in line with your company house style.
The Document Validator is designed to check the validity of your document's styles before you save in another format.
Jumpstart your writing with customizable document templates
The built-in Getting Started Wizard contains a collection of business document templates. Each template consists of suggested Map titles, Block labels, Block content, and stem (introductory) sentences for tables. In FS Pro 4.2 you can add your own Blocks, Maps and documents to the Wizard for easy reuse.
