The Vivarte Group is the French market leader in personal goods, made up of 24 brands in France and abroad in the shoe and clothing sector.
Description of the project
For each brand name, Vivarte must design and implements operational 'Business' processes in its dependent sales points.
For each of these operational processed, a technical writer & consultant provided by Takoma was contracted to analyze and structure the company's raw information by using the Information Mapping® method.
Using models that are the core of the Information Mapping® method, these processes were restructured in a clear and concise manner.
