Situation

Like other healthcare providers, Aurora relies on clear, user-friendly policies and procedures documentation to support employee performance and ensure timely, accurate customer service. Poorly written, poorly organized documents that are difficult to navigate or hard to understand are simply unacceptable.

Solution: Information Mapping® Enterprise License Program

Aurora has long relied on the Information Mapping Method to ensure that their policies and procedures are easy to understand and use. Many Aurora employees have received training in the Method. In 2013 the company purchased an Enterprise License Program (ELP) which included training of their own Information Mapping Certified Instructor to deliver the classes.
