Wellpoint's technical writing group recently chose to adopt the Information Mapping® Method as its content standard. The group will apply the Method to training documentation and policies and procedures for customer service, claims and underwriting as well as other functional areas.
Wellpoint's initial interest in purchasing several FS Pro 2013 licenses quickly broadened to include training in the Method for the entire technical writing group and many other employees
